Happy Halloween!

There are LOTS of pictures and I must say that Ellison looked so darn cute in her puppy costume! Or original plans for Halloween got cancelled so we made some changes and had a great day, just the 3 of us! We started the morning at Pumpkinfest in downtown Franklin! Then we came home to eat lunch and we all took naps. We all woke up, spent some time at home carving our pumpkins and then headed to Main Street in downtown Franklin for some trick or treating. It was a blast! We ran into several friends a long the way and Ellison did so good...although she got scared a few times with scary costumes! She is tuckered out in bed while we watch the Tennessee game. We hope everyone had a fabulous Halloween!

Happy Halloween Eve!

Ellison had a fabulous day and is in the BEST mood! She went trick or treating at my mother's work. So she put on her costume for the first time and I must say, she looked precious! I made all of her costume except for the hat. She LOVED trick or treating and showing off. She would say "Trick Treat" and get handfuls of candy from the buckets, place it in her "Punkie" bag, wave & say "bye bye", blow kisses and even said "Thank You." Here is a peak at our precious puppy from today...many more pictures to follow tomorrow from Pumpkinfest and Halloween night!

Wonderful Weekend...

Kissing a "punkie" (that is what she calls pumpkins)
We had a wonderful weekend! It was filled with lots of family time! Ellison's Bobo (my brother Jeff) and GUE ("googey" my Uncle) were both in town. So we had everyone over to our house for brunch yesterday and then ate dinner with everyone last night. Ellison and I had a play date with some friends yesterday afternoon. Today we spent time at home because Ellison was (and still is) feeling a little under the weather. Connor was busy doing some landscaping for our front yard...it looks SO much better. He has not tackled since we moved in. We are hoping for a good and well week. We are very excited for Halloween weekend!

Getting ready to head to Gentry's Farm!

What a fun day! We woke up this morning, went to church, came home and I made cinnamon rolls for breakfast, made beef stew in the crock pot for dinner, got Ellison down for a nap, after she woke up we headed to Gentry's Farm with friends for some pumpkin picking and family fun!!! Here are LOTS of pictures from our fun filled day...if you look closely in between the mix you may see some other friends we ran in to while there (hint: Keith, Nicole and Sunday)...
